Trespass Trainers- Review

Doing something like the Race For Life is a big step for me, please excuse the pun. I'm not sure yet if I will be running or walking around, if I'm feeling good it will probably be a light jog. The practice is going well and has been going even better since receiving these lovely new trainers from Trespass.

Lane Womens Trainers from Trespass.co.uk

The trainers come in two colours, Cornflour and Orange or Bark and Blue. When I opened the box my daughter said they were bronze and turquoise, which is probably a good description.

I put them on and they felt comfortable, there is room enough for my big toes to stretch around but my heels did not slip at the back, so a good fit. I like that the sole is thick, they are thicker than my last pair of trainers so felt more sturdy. There is lots of cut out mesh which not only adds to the design but help keep your feet cool as you run (or walk or jog!)

I like that despite being thick soled and sturdy they are also light weight. When I put them on I actually feel like I want to be running.

They are a really good fit for me. I know not everyone's feet are the same but I'm a size 6 (39) and I generally find shoes and trainers are a little tight around my toes. I do have unusually long toes though (and fingers.) If I buy a larger size, even half size, then I find that they slip at the heel. (I'm so unlucky) So it's very rare I find something that fits nice and I do tend to go for stretchy or mesh fabrics around the toes which helps. I have been wearing these trainers from new for two weeks now and I have not had one blister! That's a big achievement for me.

At £61.99 they are not overpriced for trainers of this quality, but are currently on sale for only £27.99 which is an incredible bargain.

I'll be using them for my training and for my attempt at the Race for Live. If you would like to sponsor me you can find my Just Giving Page here.

A little Note About Positive Reviews on Raisie Bay

Some people only write reviews when things go wrong with products, which is good because it lets people know that there could be potential problems. I've also seen negative feedback with say things like, I had to return this item because the colour did not suit me...is this useful?

I write reviews on most items I buy because I like to give genuine feedback. If I have a genuine problem with a product I will write my review in the appropriate place.

I write reviews on my blog too, but they are mostly positive. Why? Because I only write reviews for the things I've loved. If I don't love them I let the person who sent me them know with details why and then let them decided if they would rather me write a negative review or not write one at all. It's always the latter.

This is my blog, my place and I'll let you know about the things I love. If you want to find out what other people have hated about the product then you will need to look elsewhere.

My reviews may all be positive, but they are still genuine.
