Welcome to this weeks Kids in the Kitchen. We had a busy weekend, which is when we do most of our cooking, so we didn’t have much time in the kitchen. However, while doing a quick supermarket dash Boo spotted a cupcake mix which was only £1 so we bought it and I let her and the Little Man make some Monsters University Cupcakes.
Now, I know I like to promote learning in the kitchen but there are still things to learn from cupcake mixes. They are quick and easy to make, but you still have to read the instructions. I left them to it with very little supervision and they did a good job. The only change they made was to add some colouring to the icing.
Kids in the Kitchen is a weekly feature on Raisie Bay and usually at this point in the post I give a shout out to those that have linked up the previous week. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anyone so fingers crossed you will join us this week. The linky is open for a month and if you need some inspiration do check our Pinterest Board.

They are my son's fave as well along with the Peppa Pig variant. Always easy and the results are perfect. #pocolo
I love baking with my kids. They only tend hang around until its time to eat the whisks though. thanks for linking in with Pocolo. Ali from Mum in a Nutshell
