What's in Your Box This Week?

Welcome to this weeks What's in the Box, the linky where you can add your box posts. Everyone likes to know what's in the box and there are so many of them around. So if you've opened a subscription box or similar and blogged about it then please join in.

This week I finally received my Degustabox. I was really excited, I love to try new food stuff. I was also a little worried that there may be stuff in there that no-one would eat or drink. I do think I got lucky with my first box though as I loved everything!
So, what did I get?

Here's my first view.

Not bad, I spotted some delicious chocolate rice cakes, I love rice cakes, and some lovely Pain au chocolate, popcorn and chewits (blast from the past, not had any of those for years.

So along with the Pain au Chocolate there were some cheese biscuits, chocolate chip cookies, crackers with a dip and a stuffing mix.

Then we had 4 packets of Chewits and a lovely Lindt Easter Bunny (which I hid immediately.)

Satisfying my love for rice cakes, 1 packet o f chocolate and 1 packet of quinoa and seeds.

For film night, skinny popcorn and crisps. the crisps were delicious, I'd definitely buy them again. The girls took the popcorn to the cinema when they went to see Zootropolis.

Drinks - Weetabix on the Go which is one of my eldest daughter's favourites and Good Hemp milk, which I didn't like but my other half did and there's already another carton in the shopping this week.

I can't wait for my next box now!

I've decided to set up this linky so that subscription box lovers can link up and find out what everyone else is getting.

It might give you some ideas of the best ones to sign up too!

In the future I hope to feature some of the best posts that have linked up, so please do join in. I'll also tweet your posts and share them on my Facebook page. I'll also comment on all submissions.

The rules are simple.

  • link up your subscription box post or video, it can be any kind of box
  • take a look and comment on a couple of other posts in the linky, it's only fair and you may find something exciting to subscribe to.
  • include my badge so that others may find the linky and join in.
There you have it, simple!

I'll put the linky up every Tuesday and you can add to it until Friday. Do tell your friends, this is a new linky and we need everyone to join in.

I really can't wait to see what you've had in your boxes!

Here's my badge, the copy code is underneath.

  2. I think I am really odd as I am not a fan of subscription boxes. I would much rather just buy what I want or need, but that could also be down to not having the money to spare and just being a grump!

  3. I'd never have thought to invest in a food subscription box, but it does seem a nice way to try new things. That Lindt bunny looks particularly lovely!

A little Note About Positive Reviews on Raisie Bay

Some people only write reviews when things go wrong with products, which is good because it lets people know that there could be potential problems. I've also seen negative feedback with say things like, I had to return this item because the colour did not suit me...is this useful?

I write reviews on most items I buy because I like to give genuine feedback. If I have a genuine problem with a product I will write my review in the appropriate place.

I write reviews on my blog too, but they are mostly positive. Why? Because I only write reviews for the things I've loved. If I don't love them I let the person who sent me them know with details why and then let them decided if they would rather me write a negative review or not write one at all. It's always the latter.

This is my blog, my place and I'll let you know about the things I love. If you want to find out what other people have hated about the product then you will need to look elsewhere.

My reviews may all be positive, but they are still genuine.
