Win tickets to see The Sooty Show in Blackpool

From the 14th to 23rd February Blackpool is hosting Showzam, a variety of fabulous performances.

I’m really pleased to be able to offer you the chance to win tickets to see the Sooty Show. The winner will receive a family ticket for four and the show is on the 17th or 18th February.

I love Sooty, he’s been around so long I remember him from my childhood. My older kids had a couple of Sooty Show videos (remember them, they were what we watched before DVDs?) and they used to watch them over and over, laughing out loud. And now Sooty is still around to entertain the littlies as well. In fact the original Sooty was purchased in Blackpool in 1948 by Harry Corbett and first appeared on TV in 1952 in a talent show.

In the Showzam performance it is Sooty’s Birthday. Along with the magic and mess that is expected with Sooty and his friends Sweep and Soo, the Moscow State Circus is also invited to his party to amaze everybody.
