Welcome to this weeks Kids in the Kitchen.
We usually do our cooking for Kids in the Kitchen over the weekend when I can remember to get out my camera and take a few photos of the kids hard at work. This weekend was particularly busy, with not one but two parties! We still managed some quick cupcakes though. Not incredibly imaginative but for some reason the Little Man had been asking constantly for some pink icing, so what better than chocolate cakes with pink icing hearts on top.

ooh such lovely cupcakes. D baked some macarons successfully today which i thought was very brave as they are notoriously tricky. I asked if he wanted to blog about it but he was too exhausted to. Hopefully i will get around to blogging about it soon instead. x
