Welcome to this weeks Kids in the Kitchen, it’s a new month so that means a new linky.
A big thank you to everyone who joined in last month we had lots of lovely recipes to read. I’ve pinned them all on my Pinterest Board so they can be seen at any time. This week we made Cheddar biscuits and you can read all about that below.

A big thanks to Mummy Zen who gave us a fabulous recipe for Cheesy Carrot Flapjacks, I’m tempted to make these for myself.
Thanks to D from the Beesley Buzz for showing us how Macarons should be made.
I can’t wait to see what your kids have been up to this month, so let the fun begin. You can join in the linky at any time during the next month and as many times as you wish.
Cheddar Biscuits
My kids love Cheesy biscuits so I thought it would be good to have a go at making our own. This weeks helper was Boo.
Ingredients:
200g plain flour
1/2 tsp rock salt
150g Cheddar cheese, grated
150 g unsalted butter, chilled and diced
1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk.
Method:
So now it’s over to you, get in the kitchen with your kids and come and share what you’ve cooked,
These look so good – I'm a sucker for cheese biscuits! Well done Boo.
You cannot beat cheese biscuits!!! My two love making them. Thanks for hosting this and I am glad I found you through #PoCoLo!

I love cheese biscuits too. Well done Boo. I should try making these as they look great and not too greasy as the ones I buy in the shop end up giving me indigestion as they are quite greasy (might of course be just that I eat too many of them). x
That looks so nice. My son just loves cheese and we might try this if we have time =) #pocolo
