I can’t believe it’s June already! Summer has arrived, well it has for us we’ve just had the most lovely little holiday in Blackpool and the sun shone every day 🙂
I’ve a million photos from the holiday but I think this one sums up Summer in the UK in one simple shot.
You can’t beat an ice cream by the seaside, and this one was my favourite rum and raisin flavour.

The last ice cream I had was a double scoop, one salted caramel and another mocha – it was pretty amazing!
