This gives me a sense of peace and hope Anne. Lovely shot.

I regularly read SquirrelBasket's posts for the tree following project. I love to see the cycle of changes (both on her blog and in real life!).

I'm so glad to read about another tree lover. So many people seem to dislike them and chop them down citing all sorts of reasons like they make too much mess, they block the light or the birds are too noisy. I just don't understand those people.

I'm lucky I have trees at the bottom of my garden, but they are not mine they line the canal, this means I can reap the benefit without having to look after them. I love bird song, even if it wakes me at the crack of dawn (which is much later at the moment!)

Such a gorgeous capture, look at that light and I completely agree with you about the trees always looking beautiful. Although you have left me thinking about spring and its blossom #mysundayphoto

In Sheffield at the moment the council is having a bit of a tree cull which has upset many people. I keep seeing notices on seemingly perfectly healthy trees that they are going to be cut down. It just seems such a shame when you realise how important they are.
