I do exactly the same thing as you when I have lots of worries, writing them down then making a plan of action helps so much. Worrying is such a waste of time and energy but it's so hard to stop yourself sometimes especially when feeling overwhelmed. I do hope the year will start to get better for you soon, hang on in there x

I love that quote – so very true. It's hard not to worry about things sometimes though. Hope that making the list helped. #WotW

I think the very act of writing a list helps. No longer juggling them all in your head. Somehow makes them appear less. More manageable. I hope you can tame your worries. The quote is so true. #wotw

I'm a worrier. And I pass my worry onto things I don't need to worry about. Sometimes it makes thing's I should enjoy sad, it doesn't help, but at least i know that's what's happening. #wotw

Sorry to hear you've been worrying. I do think writing them down like that and thinking about how to deal with them, if you can, is a very good idea. gets it out of your head and makes you feel more in control. Hope the worries start to ease soon x Thanks for sharing with #WotW

Worry and guilt are both pointless but hard not to indulge in. Make sure you are looking after yourself and resting so you are better equipped to start tackling things in a less anxious frame of mind

I used to be SUCH worrier and I still am at times but I think you've hit the nail on the head there, that you can't control everything that happens. Writing them down definitely helps. #wotw
