Oh I love National Trust places – we were going to stop there earlier in the year on our way home form Lincs but ran out of time. Those formal gardens look beautiful #CountryKids

Lovely little video of your day, the kids look like they are having a great time running up to you leaflets in hand and inside looks as beautiful as outside. Those manicured gardens really are stunning, though I wouldn't want to be the gardener! Great to understand a little of the history too and the self made wealth of Thomas Vernon.

Thank you for sharing with me on #CountryKids .

Glad you had a good day out. Hanbury is not far from us either and we've enjoyed a few trips there, we particular enjoyed the pumpkin trail around Halloween. We can also recommmend the cake in the cafe too. We love NT places and feel they are great for kids to get out and about in the fresh air #countrykids

Hanbury is on my list of NT places to visit, although it's a bit more of a trek for us. Love a good garden, although I think N would get annoyed with me taking too many photos #countrykids
