Good luck with the transfer to a new host. I did that about 2 1/2 years ago and it took some fixing by me. Glad you enjoyed the holidays and I look forward to visiting you in 2019! #MMBC

I moved about a year ago, but unfortunately I cannot afford to stay with my current host. I’ve someone else who is going to do the move for me and host me for a fraction of the price. Fingers crossed it will go smoothly. x

So sorry to hear about sweet Sadie. I am sure she will be missed. I took my Christmas decorations down on the 6th this year, but I don’t really have any set date. Happy New Year!

Oh no! You do not have much luck over the festive period. I’m so sorry about your mother in laws dog.
I hope your treatment went well.
The washing machine and tumble dryer sound fantastic! You’ll always have an empty washing basket. hehehe
Good luck with the blog move. x #MMBC

sorry to hear Christmas in the past has been so awful, glad this one was more relaxing although sad news about the in laws dog. I’d never fill a 10kg washing machine with just hubby and I. Hope back to school went well and your treatment has helped #keepingitreal

Hope your procedure went well on Monday. We also lost a much loved pet a couple of days ago and the whole house feels weird without her.
As for the tree my mum always put it up 12 days before Christmas and took it down 12 days after. I just took up that tradition until a couple of years ago when I decided I didn’t like carrying the echo of Christmas into a new year (I love the up energy of Jan 1st). So now I put it up still on the 13th December when the kindness elves arrive and take it down on Dec 31st.

Hi Anne, I could almost hear the Eastenders drumroll as I read your post! I am so sorry to hear about your Mum-In-Laws dog, losing them is the one big downside of letting them into our lives. You do actually sound excited about tackling the washing! Now that’s a good way to start the year… I hope your treatment went well & your blog migration goes to plan.

Thank you for sharing your post at the #keepingitreal link up.

    xx
