My Sunday Photo - 26th March 2017

playing hide and seek in the woods

Last week we went out! It wasn't a great day, dark, cold and drizzly, but we needed some fresh air so we went to the local bluebell woods to play hide-and-seek. Can you spot Boo in the photo? I think maybe my kids need some more practice on hiding.

hide and seek in the blue bell woods

The Little Man is just as bad!!
The big disappointment was NO BLUEBELLS. Despite seeing lots of photos of flowers and bluebells online my journey to the wood to see them was a big let down. Although you can see them getting ready to bloom, so far there are none, not one! Now this is the place I used to go to to pick bluebells for my Mum for Mother's Day. so I'm sure they should have bloomed by now.

I wasn't sure how I would manage in the woods knowing that my wheelchair would be near impossible to push on the small muddy paths.

I had a little walk! I don't think I managed to get more than ten feet from the car, but I was there, in the woods, on my feet. I wanted to walk further but I knew that the further I went then the further I'd have to get back and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to manage it. I have to know my limitations.

It was so nice to get out in the fresh air and watch the kids play. I hope we can do it again soon, and that the bluebells will be in bloom.

A little Note About Positive Reviews on Raisie Bay

Some people only write reviews when things go wrong with products, which is good because it lets people know that there could be potential problems. I've also seen negative feedback with say things like, I had to return this item because the colour did not suit me...is this useful?

I write reviews on most items I buy because I like to give genuine feedback. If I have a genuine problem with a product I will write my review in the appropriate place.

I write reviews on my blog too, but they are mostly positive. Why? Because I only write reviews for the things I've loved. If I don't love them I let the person who sent me them know with details why and then let them decided if they would rather me write a negative review or not write one at all. It's always the latter.

This is my blog, my place and I'll let you know about the things I love. If you want to find out what other people have hated about the product then you will need to look elsewhere.

My reviews may all be positive, but they are still genuine.
