My Sunday Photo

beach huts under an ominous dark cloud.
This photo was taken last Saturday at Charmouth Beach in Dorset. The kids were busy hunting for fossils on the beach and I was on the promenade, unable to get on the beach in my wheelchair.
In front of me was a lovely blue sky and twinkling sunlight on the sea. Then I turned and saw these lovely beach huts. It wasn’t until after I’d taken the photo that I noticed the dark clouds, but I think they add even more atmosphere to my photo.
Thankfully the clouds passed sideways and didn’t go over the beach. They also didn’t cause any rain where we were.
This next photo is what was in front of me, taken seconds before the one above.

What a huge difference betwewn the sky in the first and second pics. The two together perfectly sum up the summer weather we have had. #mysundayphoto

I love the colours on the first picture. It's almost monochrome with the sky!

That sky looks so threatening in the first photo, we visited Charmouth for the first time ever in June, it's really rather pretty and a good promenade for you too

It's amazing how different the sky can be from 2 different directions. Those black clouds look so dramatic. I'm so glad they passed you by without any rain x

I love the contrast between the two skies. It certainly looks very moody behind the beach huts but I'd have never guessed that the other shot was taken at the same time!

What sophisticated beach huts! Love the sky contrast.

I love when the sky looks vastly different on either side of you. The grey sky definitely adds to the beach hut photo – atmospheric!

Definitely atmospheric. I wonder had you have gotten on to the beach would you have taken the photos? #MySundayPhoto

I think those two photographs sum up this summer! The beach huts are quite unusual being painted in grey.

A little Note About Positive Reviews on Raisie Bay

A little Note About Positive Reviews on Raisie Bay

Some people only write reviews when things go wrong with products, which is good because it lets people know that there could be potential problems. I’ve also seen negative feedback with say things like, I had to return this item because the colour did not suit me…is this useful?

I write reviews on most items I buy because I like to give genuine feedback. If I have a genuine problem with a product I will write my review in the appropriate place.

I write reviews on my blog too, but they are mostly positive. Why? Because I only write reviews for the things I’ve loved. If I don’t love them I let the person who sent me them know with details why and then let them decided if they would rather me write a negative review or not write one at all. It’s always the latter.

This is my blog, my place and I’ll let you know about the things I love. If you want to find out what other people have hated about the product then you will need to look elsewhere.

My reviews may all be positive, but they are still genuine.
