    Migraines are no fun at all and these sound the worst…
    I used to suffer with really bad one’s when I was a teen which involved numbness but usually only in my hands.

    Have an awesome weekend Anne – I hope it’s excellent and you don’t get any more migraines. I used to suffer dreadfully with them and definitely mine were much more likely when I was dehydrated. I’ve never been paralysed although I have been unable to communicate – that was bad enough, I can’t imagine not being able to move your body too xx

    Hi Anne, those sound nasty. I’d probably die of a heart attack if I woke up in the night unable to move, it must have been awful for you. At least you may have worked out the trigger, it will be interesting to see if drinking more water does make a difference. I did use to get terrible migraines every month, which stopped totally when I came off the pill, the crazy thing was that when I mentioned it to my doctor he never said it could have been the pill bringing them on, he put it down to hormones (which in a way it was) and said it was just one of those things. Men!!… It’s a shame you missed our nieces birthday meal, I do hope you manage to get to the bloggers retreat, I look forward to reading about what goes on there or is it a case of what goes on in bloggers retreat, stays in bloggers retreat?

    My migraines have been so bad for years, but I now have preventatives Amitryptiline and although they make me drowsy they have helped. I wish I could come off them though. I do yoga and neck and should massage have helped. Hope you get some relief soon. Stress won’t be helped. Hugs xx #KeepingItReal
