My Review of Kids Can Bake
I have spent so many happy hours with my children in the kitchen to the point where two of them are cooking independently now. This book is a perfect introduction to getting your kids baking and learning. Esther coombs recipes are easy to follow and the book is full of her wonderful illustrations.
Like any good cook book it begins with telling you about the equipment that may be required and the basic techniques you need to learn.
The recipes vary in skill from biscuits to rainbow cakes. Many of them offer alternative ingredients so you have a choice. There are also savoury and sweet recipes, your child can create their own menu. Everything is easy to follow and full of illustrations.

This sounds like a really good book for kids to start out with their baking skills! I remember getting a cook book for St. Nicholas when I was thirteen (and just starting out with basic cooking and baking) and it too started by introducing the basics. That’s so important!
Excellent. I still use recipes from my own kids recipe books.
What a great sounding book. It sounds perfect for children. x
Our girls adore baking, this sounds like the perfect book for them #MMBC
This looks awesome and liking the illustrations x #wedsblogshare
What a fab book. I have always encouraged the kids in the kitchen to help me bake. They both love to get involved. x
That looks like a lovely cook-book for kids and I love that there is a mix of sweet and savoury bakes. Sophie has a few similar cookbooks and loves using them. #WedsBlogShare
