In this blog post, we’ll reveal seven secret iPhone hacks every teenager should know. Go on reading!
1. Use Siri as a Calculator
Did you know that Siri can perform calculations for you? Instead of opening the calculator app, simply ask Siri a math question, and she’ll give you the answer. This is a great hack for when you’re doing homework or need to quickly figure out a tip at a restaurant.
2. Create Custom Vibrations
Do you often miss calls or texts because you don’t hear your phone ringing? Create custom vibrations for specific contacts so you can tell who’s calling or texting without looking at your phone. To do this, go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Ringtone > Vibration > Create New Vibration.
3. Use the Hidden Magnifying Glass
If you have trouble reading small text on your iPhone, there’s a hidden magnifying glass feature that can help. To access it, go to Settings > Accessibility > Magnifier. Once you’ve turned it on, simply triple-click the Home button to activate the magnifying glass.
4. Take Photos Using Your Headphones
Did you know you can use the volume buttons on your headphones to take photos? This is a great hack for when you want to take a selfie or a group photo without having to touch the screen. Simply open the Camera app and press the volume up or down button to take the photo.
5. Access Clipboard on iPhone
Did you know that your iPhone has a built-in clipboard feature that allows you to copy and paste text and images between different apps? To access your clipboard, simply press and hold on any text field and then tap “Paste.” This will bring up your iphone clipboard history, which shows you everything you’ve copied recently. You can even pin frequently used items to the top of your clipboard for easy access.
6. Customize Control Center
Control Center is a great feature that allows you to quickly access your most-used settings. But did you know you can customize it to include even more options? To do this, go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls. From there, you can add or remove options like the flashlight, camera, and calculator.
7. Set a Sleep Timer for Music
If you like to listen to music before bed, setting a sleep timer can help ensure you don’t accidentally fall asleep with your music still playing. To do this, open the Clock app and select Timer > When Timer Ends > Stop Playing. Then, set the amount of time you want the music to play before it stops.
