I am already studying with the Centre of Excellence and I’m finding it really rewarding. I love learning something new. It’s a bit harder trying to get my kids to learn at home, but the Centre of Excellence have some great courses for kids that I’m sure children will enjoy.
I am an affiliate for Centre of Excellence so if you do decide to take a course through one of my links, I may earn a little money at no extra cost to you. As always, thank you for supporting my blog.
Nutrition For Kids
Aimed at children aged 7-14 years, the Nutrition for Kids course will teach your child everything they need to know about food. Rather than focusing on weight the course will teach children about portion control and how food is used for fuel.
Kids will learn about micronutrients and macronutrients and how they work in the body giving us the energy to play, learn and grow. They will also learn how to meal plan and keep a food journal.
The course also has a practical element which encourages the children to cook meals with the appropriate assistance from adults. All recipes are child friendly.
At the end of the course the child will be given a certificate to reward them for their work.

Those courses sound great. I’m quite tempted to look at the French course for Sophie and the outer space and dinosaurs courses sound like fun. #MMBC
