I am glad things are looking brighter for you. Making plans does give you something to look forward to. I can relate about taking teens on days out, my son is not glued to his phone unless travelling he just wants to rush round and complain that he is bored.

What a lovely week 🙂 so pleased that you got your chair going, must be a big relief! It’s nice sometimes to spend time with the kids individually. Making future plans like holidays makes me feel brighter too.

I still need to get the wheelchair fixed but it saw me through this week which was nice. I have really enjoyed some special time with my youngest. His needs are so different to the girls.

I am glad you have got over your holiday blues and things are brighter. Hooray that your wheelchair is working. What a relief.
Ahh! I totally get the moody teenager thing. My two are so reluctant to have days out anymore but once they’re out they love it. It sounds like you had a fab time at the wildlife centre. I hope the girls have a fab time too next week.
We don’t have a summer holiday because of all our birthdays. It’s far too expensive. lol It does make sense to go away earlier in the year. x

My wheelchair is still broken but I managed to get around a little, I can’t reverse and have trouble turning left so I’ll definitely need to get it fixed. 🙁 It was lovely to get out though. Yes, next summer I will focus on birthday treats and days out. I do like to see the sea side at least once a year though. x

I’m glad you had a better week. After last week and being stuck at home, I can imagine the trip out was just what you needed. I love taking all my children out, but it’s nice having one to one time too. I’m glad you’ve managed to use your wheelchair too.

All your planning sounds fun. I think May is a better time too. I’ve been thinking along the same lines as the summer gets crazy. I’m slightly envious of your sunny weather this week. It feels like we’ve been stuck under a cloud all week.

I’m so happy you’re feeling brighter. Hope you can get your wheelchair fixed soon. I think it’s a shame you need to pay for the repair yourself.

As for making future plans, it brightens my mood too sometimes, though like you, I also find myself being overwhelmed with anxiety about the future at times. I mean, my disabilities aren’t progressive as far as I know, but I have experienced decline in mobility and cognitive functioning nonetheless.

Hoping your upcoming week is at least as bright as this one.
